Game Day!

Fall Saturdays in Athens only mean one thing . . . football!! We decided to take all FOUR girls to the ball game on Saturday. We knew that we would not be able to see the whole game but wanted to try for a little while. We went over early and had breakfast in the East Commons Dining Hall. The girls love it - they can get what ever they want to eat - from cereal and donuts to omelets, cheese grits, biscuits and gravy to waffles with a Georgia "G" in the center. We had a parking pass for a lot close to the stadium so we headed over to park. The girls did great at the game! The twins watched everything for a while then they colored and had some snacks. Karlee and Kendall had a few snacks as well and enjoyed cheering for the dawgs. After we left, we stopped at The Varsity for some lunch. Perfect fall Saturday!

Fun at the Park

We had to kill some time today while our house was being cleaned, so we headed over to a park near our house. We have seen the park many times on our way to and from ATL but we have never been. So . . . I thought this would be the perfect day to check it out. It was lots of fun. The twins are a little young but they could still do some of the things. There were baby swings, lots of slides and fun stuff to climb. Once the weather cools off a little, it will be a really nice place to spent the morning. There are covered picnic tables and huge grassy area to run and play as well as the playground. I think we will be spending a lot of time at "Play Park" this fall!
